If this is too strong, I might just reprint Dimir Aqueduct.

The requirements I'm looking for is something that is a dual land (could just be {u} or {b} , not necessarily {u} {b} ) and bounces something.

I note that this works like a Lotus Petal. As in you can use it and sacrifice it to cast Thought Erasure on turn 1. That's likely to be devastating to tournament constructed.

So this is now a Dimir Aqueduct in all but name. To be fair, that was a very strong cycle.

Okay, guess I'll go with the lotus vale option.

Actually, I just read both cards, and they aren't the same. This sacrifices itself, while the aqueduct just force-bounces itself.
