Much better, actually. Stomp and Howl is a bit difficult to pull off. This is much less so. I wouldn't be too surprised if I saw Dust to Dust reprinted as is, but Wizard's take on the power level of this is a bit vague right now.
Yeah, I like the interpretation of a white mind rot (i like the attempt at a cycle) but I'm not sure the targeting restriction fits the simplicity of mind rot. I feel as-is the card is probably good, but not too good (comparable to Ancient Grudge, better than Relic Crush) which is reasonable. I can't think of a better way to do it though.
