Urabrask the Hidden
A legendary praetor. What even is a praetor? It's a Roman adminstrator (I knew that one) or... yeah, ok, basically the same thing only Phyrexian instead of Roman. Anyway; he grants your stuff haste, and their stuff slow.

A plains that... Heavens to murgatroyd! Swords to landshare; repeatably even! (You are hearing snagglepuss, very snagglepuss...)
So ok, this can go one of two ways. A repeat creature-kill praetor; which would be perfectly fine; or the slow ability on a land. One-sided kismet... is still a bit much for a land. Huh. I actually want to make two different cards out of this. Let's.
Hee. I liike the red side. Impressively, it is actually probably close to printable, given Amulet of Vigor. Which I also like and have a deck built around, especially with lands like Azorius Chancery.
