Mentioning planeswalkers really only became okay with New Phyrexia, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not saying it shouldn't say it, just that that's probably why it doesn't.

Wow. That's quite an interesting card. It can't come out at all unless the opponent attacks you. Against near-creatureless decks, or if you just get a more aggressive start, this may be stranded in your hand for a long time. So the size is at least justified.
If you're wanting a milder (and more all-upside form), there's always the Qasali Ambusher template. You could give it a reduced cost rather than making it completely free. Although that's then coming close to Baloth Cage Trap / Pitfall Trap... which would be an interesting mixture.
