I think this'd be cleaner if it just forced discard equal to the number of psyche counters. It's less good, certainly - it could probably get the extra point of toughness to match Hypnotic Specter - but it'd just be a cleaner design.

It would be cleaner, but I definitely want this to be one psyche card that does what it does without requiring an investment. A 2/2 for 3 with flying that requires a draw to become a (worse) specter just seems so underwhelming.
