Spirit that self-destructs an enchantment. And a simple "Everything gets more power" instant.

Self destruct to throw around a bit of power? That's simple enough; and oddly didn't happen. Kami of pain is kinda close.

So kami of banners. Eh, thesaurus. And image of a ghost carrying flags is searched for and found hilarious.

Can't be common because ugh combat. Should this be just your creatures? Probably, but what the heck, make it all creatures for multiplayer shenanigans.
