As far as power goes, Vision Skeins is rather lackluster. This seems worse. Is there something I'm missing here?

I guess maybe if you really want to skip your top card and don't want to give too much advantage to other players? But then there's way better ways to do that too.

Maybe this just wants to be cheaper? "Everyone gets Scry 2, Cantrip" seems like a perfectly fine effect for this kind of plane.

­Words of Wisdom already exists as a generally better Vision Skeins. Granted, that may not be true in this set.
