The +1 is actually deceptively strong. You've removed most of the drawback inherent in the planeswalker type. It can no longer be attacked, or burned except in your upkeep or draw steps. Admittedly the payoff isn't that great, but I think I'd have the +1 as something like "Target land phases out".

Yep, it was supposed to be pretty strong. I figured though that as a 1 mana "suspend 6/10" spell, it would be fairly balanced.

I got to agree with cmeister... this makes sense to me. You won't be getting anything really good until round 7, and even then, it isn't backbreaking. This just feels like a suspend card that players can effect with instants.

Fair enough.
