So two cards that cost {w}{2}. One zaps a creature back to deck; the other is a vanilla unless you already lost a white card, in which case it's vigilant and lifelinked.

Huh. There's a mechanic there. I don't think it's a good mechanic though; since it encourages mono-colour. So we'll flip it around. Which also has the advantage that it'll work on land, so even a monodeck gets soem advantage from it.
