A mana rock, and a green human that buffs an attacking human. How odd.

I wonder if "Buff mana rocks" would be too broken? Ah why do I care. Let's do it.

Old style 'effects everyone'? Eh, should probably not be.

Could be a creature? Or, more plausibly; an artifact itself to make it always do something.

But why stay plausible?

In most cases in Magic, if something instructs you to do something to an empty set (create 0 tokens, deal 0 damage, etc), instead you don't do anything. So this artifact has "T: do nothing," and its triggered ability won't trigger
