Wait, that's an official mtg name? From a recent set? Huh. We're allowed comedy again; nice to know.

So, two white creatures (wite creaters?). One a 1/4 nerf-on-command that cares about CMC. I guess that's a primary-white thing, given the Celestial Kirin.

And one a 1/1 that's a 3/3 if you control shrines. Like the hondens are. Or; in set; there's a cycle of lands. Which, um, "Att {mana} to your mana pool". I suspect that's a typo :) Apart from (forom?) that, they're "ETB with small effect, and tapped" mono-lands.

So pretty easy to activate the bonus.

Well, there's a pretty obvious and kinda interesting combination here.
I think we'll run off of number of plains, instead of nmber of shrines; though.

And I suspect it makes for an interesting little minigame for yourself; you could easily be left unable to use your own best stuff if you're not careful.
Creatre type; well, I referenced the kirin before, so sure, we'll say this is a kirin/advisor ability. And since we're allowed comedy...

(Note: Modern design would remove most of the fun minigame and just have the word 'opponents' stuck in there to makeit one sided. Though you still want to be thinking about when it's safe to add an extra plains.)

I like how you put the evergreen in the type line, can i ask why tho?

also what is the flavor a reference to ?

I've been using "Flying" (and "defender") as a supertype for a while. I just like the way it reads.

A websearch will find you the answer to the second question quickly enough.
