Ohkay. So. Yick.

The first one is a curse (except it's an artifact) that makes the cursed player exile a card from hand (and draw a replacement); and then deals them damage wheneer they diascard a card with a higher mana cost.

So discard your high mana cost thing if you think you're going to have to discard a lot. So it doesn't really do much?

And a 1/3 that you can discard a card to make into a 3/1 for a turn.

So something involving discards and the number 3.

Discard 3 cards? There's a few cards that do this - but almost all of them are "Draw some cards, then discard 3". Phantasmagorian and Nezahal, Primal Tide seem to be the only exceptions to that; using 'discard 3 cards' as an activation cost.

So I'm tempted to say "If I make it '3 cards or don't have to discard anything" that's not quite so horrible? But, um, yes it really is - at the time that would be relevant, that could be retemplated as 'win the game' and so cannot possibly be costed aggressively enough to be relevant.

But hey; if 'discard 3 cards' is an activation cost; and 'win the game' is in play... maybe we can have that be the reward? That would be a 7+ mana card, but not a completely unreasonable one.

But it'd be a lot more FUN as a minigame type of card. Let's see who can discard the most?

Feels like it should have some blue in it for the "Do you exile this now, or risk not being able to when it's your last chance?" mindgames. Even though there's really no actual mechanicl blue in it. Make it a starfish to add some more blue justification.

Cool! please fix the mana cost tho it kills me

I think this has plenty of mechanical justification because I would play this in a dimir aggressive make-opponent-discard deck.

That feels super black and blue because your being very blue in gameplay by screwing them up and their plans too, as well as the blackness of straight up winning.

Mechanically i'd use this by making them discard to 1 card in hand, then cast this and discard more because only i am able to.

Actually the way this is worded that wouldn't work because they would choose not to do that.

It would feel more on-point to be able to MAKE THEM discard... though i guess that's not as likely to see print, and it's not really the same kind of card...

Also i think that 3 needs to be worded out to 'three' you also wrote play instead of player. Than anyone else should probs go before this way it sounds nicer.

I think it is written You win the game but im not 100% sure, while im just being unsure I think you should from their hand not just from hand... it's always a pronoun first, The battlefield, the graveyard, your hand... etc...
