Disawraith
This was a fun challenge, I'm glad Challenge # 073 had me return to it.
Made Disawraith, also fulfilling Challenge # 024.
Next: [Ajani's Anger]

OK, not much room to maneuver here either. Create a card based on a card from another game, called "Disawraith". OK, not finding any of those.
Is "Disawraith" something specific, or just a fictional type of wraith?
Anyway, I decided to go for DnD-style Wraith, and use the name. That's not technically a card, but I couldn't find any wraith cards I liked.
Thank you! I really like designing to tight specifications, this gives plenty of them :)
Hee! Yay, Challenge 73 was seriously awesome.
I agree this is about the only thing you could do to combine those two!
Boros Banner

Whew. These challenges were not quite incompatible, but close. The mana cost needs to be <=2 and include both R and W (since one ability needs to be out-of-bounds for both colours alone). That leaves only one choice, RW with equip 0.
I didn't want to make a coloured equipment, but I didn't have a choice.
There's not a lot of room in the text box. I abandoned the multi-line format.
As previously for this challenge, it's hard coming up with an unambiguously RW ability that couldn't be
. Especially a concise one. I did my best.
It still may be way too powerful for 2 mana, even at higher rarities. I couldn't really make the effects any smaller, I can only use "+0/+1" once...
Scene is a new card type. See Sarpadia for rules and prototype, and Dragon Gate set for this idea put into practice.
Scene evokes a strong sense of storytelling and Planeswalking, not only from plane to plane, but also block to block. Scene cards have subtype with the name of a plane in the multiverse. It's an excellent way to exhibit the central ideas of the plot and the planes.
Will an impact ever be paid with mana that wasn't spent this turn yet? Because otherwise creating a fossile supertype and generalizing zhe rule to the supertype rather than the mana symbol seems the way to go; why isn't this a "fossil sorcery"?
Also rather than a negative image, you could invert the color table i. e. a black circle with a red symbol - much more pleasing to the eye. Overall I'd probably go with a special "fossile" treatment (maybe a gray/brown circle around the mana?) that keeps the actual symbol the same.
See Challenge # 153.
Yeah, make this Commune with Lava and mythic and you're perfect.
Commune With Lava on a flying stick would be a great mythic.
I'd argue that "Until the end of your next turn" still feels Red enough that it could be tossed on a Rare or Mythic. I'm guessing that's what this should be.
An UEOT clause would put it in red. X isn't too appealing then, since I still have to pay for the spells, and who knows how many will go to waste because I won't have the mana left to cast them.
I think the body is too good though. If 0 is X I get a 4/4 flier for 3 mana.
I would also suggest giving the card some restriction as to when cards exiled by Sphinx of Intuition could be cast, if blue doesn't do that already.
That's just regular card draw though, which is mechanically different than red's impulsive draw.
See Challenge # 154.
Maybe a trigger, "When you sacrifice...?"
I like your interpretations of them. I wasn't sure how they would play out on cards, but this makes a lot of sense.
Yes, I might expect this to say "Reveal from the top until you find a", except that once you're filtering down to "instant or sorcery that you can cast for 3U or less" that's probably not much faster.
