This challenge used up all the bad cards, so I made some more for future challenge participants:

I'm pretty sure it can be a good creature, by virtue of the fact that you can only play this card if you're losing. It's also only good when racing your opponent. The ability to swing back doesn't matter if you're the control player, and the card is useless if your opponent is the control.
I was worried about making it too crazy of a comeback creature. The keyword abilities and P/T could probably use some tweaking.
I made Noce Leran, Eternal Savior and forgot to add it here. It tries to satisfy Challenge # 044 and Challenge # 059.

I think guillotining people who've just woken up and can't run is entirely in the flavour of the guillotine, but I think it's still too clunky.
And I have to remember, for this challenge, it has to synergise with Lightning Hammer :)

Maybe just, "creature that didn't attack", although even that is hard to phrase?
I like this. It's a cute ability, and some Magic card should have picked it up by now.
Hmm... that works, flavor wise, but I get the impression that the flavor could be stronger. I almost want this to "destroy target creature that can't attack" or "can't untap", or in other words, destroy a creature that's been Arrested or Shacklesed... but I'm not sure how you go about doing that. I'd say 'defender', but Shackles doesn't do that, and it seems rather rude to use a guillotine on poor shmucks destined for Guard Duty. ;)
@Link I don't think it's quite impossible, but it's bad enough, certainly feel free to roll another :)
I don't think "lose the game" is entirely antithetical to Tammy/Timmy. I think Tammy/Timmy doesn't usually like drawbacks that reduce cost (because they make the pay-off less awesome), and doesn't like downsides that are risky (like Slaughter Pact, where even though the chance of not being able to pay is very low, it's scary).
But I think Phage the Untouchable works for Tammy/Timmy because when it works, it's awesome, and Tammy/Timmy has control over whether the downside happens. There's a risk that they'll be stuck with Phage in hand and a way of circumventing the cost and not be able to use it -- but they don't expect that to happen, any more than they don't expect to have the mana available to pay for her.
Admittedly, it's going to be very very hard to squeeze that onto a one-mana card...

Having "has", "gets" and "is" all in the same sentence is a bit clunky, but I like the way this grants a fairly small boost, but makes the creature quite heroic.

Hoo boy, this was a doozy. Challenge # 028 and Challenge # 056. Design a top-down artifact based on an idea given in the comments, plus design a circle of five coloured cards which synergise with the adjacent cards but not the others.
I used up most of the plausible suggestions left on challenge 28, and I had to make them all coloured artifacts. I don't think they should go in the same set, as they're too different, but I think they they just about fulfil the conditions of the challenges.
I'm pleased at how plausible some ended up, after not having had any good ideas for them the first time round.

Hanging gardens synergises with the two equipments because they can tap, but not the two artifacts which already have a tap ability.
Lightning hammer deals damage which turns on guillotine, but doesn't especially combine with the other equipment, and doesn't grant toughness or tap, so isn't helped by essence of vitality.
Guillotine can be untapped by essence of vitality, but doesn't have anything to do with superhero cape. (Um, unless you use them both as an inf/inf blocker? Do I need to change the cape?)
Essence of vitality animates the cape.
I really wanted an "unattach ~:" cost for the damage to fit the flavour of throwing the hammer, but I decided it was more important that it was tied to combat, not just standing on the sidelines. It originally granted a P/T boost, but I decided to simplify it to just the damage.

I like the flavour of "bringing artifacts to life". I wish the second ability could read "target equipment gains living weapon UEOT" or "animate target equipment UEOT" but I don't think there's any shorter way which works under the rules.
