  I've thought about making it AND you try again not UNLESS you try again because unless shows a degree of deliberation that's not in red's flavor.

  Ok, so.. name "Mountain" and draw a random card from the next 10?

  You COULD name a card you really want, but if you do you take a bunch of damage and then still only have 1-in-10 odds of drawing it.

  If you made that last clause "Unless you do" then that would be a pretty nice red tutor (you can say "I don't like the odds on this 10, let's reroll") but as it is, it's more like a cantrip "Flip a coin, if you lose, take 2 damage".

  Perhaps the bonus should be +2/+2, while keeping the other side -1/-1? That would give the card a lot more oomf, and a reason to not be 'Engineered Plague, with optional Fear.'

  As with many triple-mashes, I think it'd be a better design with the influence of one of the three cards cut out entirely: in this case, I think development would cut the final line. It still functions as most of an Engineered Plague that way.

  Oh, that's cool, I love how the result feels like a whole card, but you can clearly see the disparate parts.

  I'm itching to tidy it up so it's just a smidge simper, but I can't think of any way to do it without losing one of the important parts :(

  You could link them more clearly by making the third clause: "~ kills target creature"

  I agree with the "Wow". It seems overstrong, but, well, it's "" for a control magic (like an opponent is really gonna let you get a second activation off) and it kills your own stuff over time.

  So yeah, scary, but probably with in the realms of fair. Wow.
