For some reason I had thought you just hadn't gotten around to assigning rarities. This effect tends to only appear at rare. See Cackling Counterpart and Fated Infatuation. In fact, the only non-rare version I can see is Nemesis Trap, which is just a weird card overall.
Assuming you move this to rare, where it belongs, it also compares poorly to Rite of Replication.
There's no need to be sarcastic. I'm trying to offer you constructive comments. I apologize if I've accidentally offended you.
This still isn't a green spell. In fact, it's not really an effect that would exist outside of multicolor. Blue's the only color that tends to get -X/-0 effects.
By "Grizzly Bear," Alex means creatures with a mana cost of and a power and toughness of 2/2, without any drawbacks. I did the same Gatherer search you likely did: Searching for red creatures with power, toughness, and CMC 2. When you look at that list, remove from it all cards with a mana cost of . Then remove all cards with drawbacks. The only bear I see with an upside for red is Frazzled Editor from Unhinged, and there are no vanilla bears.

You can use "~" in the card's text to have Mutliverse insert its name automatically.
This would make a somewhat strong black card.
Mugging can be common.
This is a black card.
Oh, interesting. I would rather expect it to say "Target land loses all abilities," though. It's a bit less confusing.
Are you just creating cards, and then assigning rarities later? I don't think unconditional, repeatable card draw would appear at common.
This is a blue effect. See Gilded Drake and Perplexing Chimera.
This is really a blue card. If it searched only for equipment, it would be white.
This is a blue card.
This is generally better than both Enhanced Awareness and Jace's Ingenuity.

Alright, just overestimating land removal.
Wait, mono red has 29 Grizzly Bears though
Alright. This OK in mono black?
Woah, you're right, too powerful. Some of these I made almost a year ago and didn't even look at before uploading them.
No, hadn't heard of No-Dachi. Interesting!
