The middle ability could be more simply templated like Switcheroo: "Exchange control of two target creatures." There's no need for the targeting restriction. In multiplayer it'll occasionally have more use, but that's a good thing, right?
I feel I need to say that hex is interesting, and cursed is somewhat interesting, but they really shouldn't be in the same set in their current forms. Because cursed cares about -1/-1 counters, and hex gives things -1/-1 UEOT. Lots of players will think that hex will trigger cursed when it doesn't; and lots more players will get annoyed that these two similar things don't actually interact.
As for the word, well this is a custom set, plus I like that it has ecchi connotations to it; it helps to make the magic of the artifacts sound a little bit forbidden, albeit for the wrong reasons.
Even if you made fetish an artifact type, you'd need all the rules written as reminder text. The other problem with this is that creatures can't be attached to things. If you got rid of that rule, then suddenly animating equipment for example doesn't make them fall off, which leads to weird situations like a creature and the equipment that's buffing it both attacking. Maybe you want to make it like imprint: "Fetish - Whenever a creature dies, if there's no creatures exiled with ~, you may exile it. If you do, ~ gains (fetish bonus)."
Hmm. I think this is rather underpriced. It's rather better than ": ~ deals 2 damage to target creature", and that costs more than 4 mana (Hatchet Bully and Tar Pitcher require extra resources to do it).
I like it!

It's Scarscale Ritual. But harder to cast.
Reading it again, it might be better with "you may exile that creature." Otherwise it reads like you exile the fetish.
Thanks for the suggestion Dude1818.

Yeah, I do a double take every time.
I'm not sure Magic players are mature enough for this usage of the word Fetish.
