"Gaining all abilities" is a notorious design no-no that lots of custom designers tend to fall for You should probably change it to "all activated abilities." I think "All activated and triggered abilities" would also work. If you want keywords, you have to go with wording like that which appears on Soulflayer.
What is the error of giving a card "gain all abilities"? Is the problem that it essentially falls into blue's territory of cloning, save for the p/t portion? I'm not trying to contest what you're saying, I just want to know why such a design choice is a problem.
The problem is mainly with characteristic-defining abilities, which cause trouble when you attempt to steal them. I suppose that, since this can't exile two different creatures without a Strionic Resonator, it's not a huge problem. But it's still something that's generally avoided.
