Pretty big upgrade on Electrostatic Bolt, which couldn't hit players at all.
It should be "You may cast artifact cards as though they had flash." Otherwise you're just granting flash to artifacts already on the battlefield, which isn't very useful.
Personally, I think it's better to just drop 3 Spine of Ish Sahs. Take out the opponent's mana base first, then they won't be able to respond to whatever else you got. And it's not like you need to pay mana for spells anymore...
Yikes! Exile a land? So drop this on turn 3, then sac your 3 lands to cast whatever Blightsteel Colossus, Steel Hellkite, and Wurmcoil Engine you have in hand?
Yeah, this seems good to me. Cheaper to charge than something like Magistrate's Scepter or Titan Forge, and easier to charge than Spawning Pit or Conversion Chamber. Nice.
Um, not quite sure why you charge it up now - is activating supposed to cost a counter? Or did you just want it to be able to copy itself for no effect?
(Or is this actually supposed to be 'put a charge counter on target artifact' - which would make a lots more sense)
Oh, no, wait - I get it. Artifacts with charge counters tend to have ways to use them; and copying them won't copy the counters. So charge this up, and then it can become the Pentad Prism of your choice :)
"Until end of turn, ~ becomes a copy of target artifact that has one or more charge counters on it." Kind of like Magewright's Stone's template.
So this might sound awkward but this card is only supposed to be able to become a copy of an artifact that has charge counters on it. I realize it could sound like this card becomes a copy any target artifact and then gains charge counters.
