The +1 and Ultimate work better than the original version. Originally it'd only result in a sort of stall without doing anything to end the game (pretty much relied upon having board advantage in which case why bother stalling anyway?)This way you can actually give yourself a pseudo board advantage while having a nice life shield there and you atleast get some benefit out of the + even if it is only to fuel the - once the ulti emblem is down. Much much nicer overall, and finally making an impact :P
I'm not sold that they are anti-synergistic. Gaining 2 life lets you stay alive 2 turns longer if you have the ultimate emblem. If you don't, it lets you have a high life total when you do activate it.

speaking of pacifists, is there anything wrong with some kind of pacifism like effect for a negative ability? the temporariness of it overcome by its unremovability? Should still cover a forced\encouraged peace flavour and may be more appealing to use

It lacks the impact you recommended for the CCC, also the ultimate and + are kind of at odds. Is there any particular flavour you are going for? is She\He\It some kind of pacifist?
Second ability is meant to hit all creatures. Flavor wise, this guy encourages "peace". Also, preventing untapping is a white ability. See Ajani Vengeant or Blinding Beam.

The wordyness was annoying me, so I made it much more clear, even if it's a little less tricky.

Yowsers. That's a nice -1 effect. (Not overpowered, though, for a 6-mana mythic planeswalker.)
I'm still not keen on the anti-synergy between the +1 and the ultimate.

Intriguing ability. Makes me want to pair it with Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile, Greatbow Doyen, and Varchild's War-Riders.

Kinda funny card. Its fine if it makes itself a 6/6, bit expensive otherwise

Nothing can ever be countered (by spells) since declaring you are casting the spell is all it takes to cast a spell (no resolution required)
Even then it still hoses a great many combat tricks, of any colour, esp. from the defending player.
Why not 1 or less? Poor ornithopter never gets anything nice
Kinda like the laccolith cycle from macques block, always did want to see something like that return.
Removing from combat feels kinda awkward though
