It's a secret supply enabler. It's important to have cards that are are "safe" to put +1/+1 counters on, particularly for limited. There are a good number of these in the set.
The mana requirement probably stops infinite shenanigans. Also it has pretty nice synergy with supply cards, which is good, but I think it's held in check by being slow and fragile.
Fascinating. It's like any creature is a Peacemaker, but restricts your own attacking. I particularly like the subtle design in that it always gives the opponent a way out - kill (or bounce etc) the equipped creature. Nice work.
Curious cycle. (You can make them display the right colours by setting the "Frame" drop-down to "Land (white-blue)" and so on.) Often they'll be just as good as Tundra, but if you want the mana in the opponent's turn, or coloured mana the turn you cast it, then it's just a Coastal Tower. I think this is probably about the right power level for a rare dual-land cycle: nice work.
Seems reasonable. A nice reward for timing your Supply cards right. Of course, very good if you're returning a Supply card with this. If there's any that untap creatures, that goes infinite with a sac engine.
I don't like the name here as much as Reverent Taskmaster and Rebellious Taskmaster. "Irreverent" to me implies someone who's always joking, who can't take things seriously, someone giggling and full of mirth.
Heh, it's a minigame card, like Measure of Wickedness; this one makes you predict things, like Oracle en-Vec. Pity it's a oneoff, though probably necessary. Could it have a regrow ability like Grim Reminder? (Probably for 5 or 6 mana)

It could be an enchantment and have a lower life loss. I was looking to differentiate this from (((Master Plan))), so that's probably a good idea.
Much better now.

Probably 1/1, right?
P/T to be decided?

Hm. Better than all the Pinecrest Ridge cycle, although those were quite bad. Should have the "Land (multicolour)" frame.

Nice. Rewards a singleton instants-and-sorceries deck. I like it.

Yowch. This was good enough when it was Smother. It really didn't need a cantrip adding.
Hm. Boldwyr Heavyweights, but flying. Probably not much better than that was, but could be worth trying.
Hm, mirror of Inquisition of Kozilek. Probably fine.

Heh. Nice name :)

Reminiscent of Retromancer, or the rather more recent Livewire Lash. Seems the right cost.
Yikes. I note that Convoke allows you to overtap - so if we each have 20 creatures out, this is an instant win for me.
Cute!
Hm. Fun with Scouting Trek, or with Selective Memory.
Wow. Doomsday but straight into your hand. If you can't win with any five cards, then I guess you have got problems.
I guess mythic is the right rarity for it...
