To be fair, there probably aren't going to be many anyway.
Still seems rather weak. Could probably cost as little as given how narrow it is.
I'm not sure we need it, but if it is going to exist it should just be an off color activation cycle, since not all colors (specifically white) are going to get monstrous at common.
In general, the "ability is undercosted but has a downside instead of an upside" is usually something for uncommon or higher.
Due to error this creatures Monstrosity should be , since Seraph of Dawn is a 2/4 for at common.
I had some trouble with designing common Monstrosity creatures since most of the common ones in theros just had a evergreen ability and Monstrosity. Islandwalk was just my way of giving something more to this creature.
Sorry had an error with the word doc I was using this Monstrosity cost should be 8 (since she is a octopus like mutant).
This just an idea of how to have a few small monsters in the set.
I'm so sorry idk why but the word document I was using didn't save some of the changes for the cards, this was support to cost
I'd wanna have this effect be at a high rarity and be a bigger effect (such as Monstrosity X when ~ becomes monstrous, put X +1/+1 counters on each other creature you control).
This is so not common and I don't know if I like the effect itself.
Just in general we need to reflavor and boost stats for the non-muntat Monstrosity creatures.
Plus regenerate is a weird thing to have as a one off ability, it should be a mutant who can regenerate for a cost.
Are we cutting the off color Monstrosity cycle?
Its based around Cloistered Youth/Unholy Fiend so I'm fine with this at uncommon (figured the increase mana costs was enough to make it common)
Doesn't feel very 'Monstrous' this way. But I agree, mechanically, I like the change of pace that comes with little monsters.
I like this as a much larger creature and at uncommon. Kind of a Stoneshock Giant
It's kind of awkward that I like this design but it goes against the guidelines we have. This should either be bigger, or be moved to a later set when we can get a little looser with the "rules"
I don't think this is a common effect, even if it is incredibly unlikely to get a ton of value.
This is a weird one. I don't think permanently pumping your team should cost this little and be common, but it's also not a good effect to have in a set with monstrous.
Does this need to cost 4?
Not sure if this reference makes the cut.
I like this card, but it's strangeness seems like it should be uncommon.
A 4 mana 4/4 that turns into an 8/8 on turn 6? In blue? This could maybe be a green uncommon, and even then it would be amazing.
I have a personal dislike for landwalk, but that's especially true on giant things like this.
Seems uncommon.
