made it less "holy shit 5.0 bomb limited" by jacking up costs. They all now cost 4 to activate.
In a standard environment, I see this played on t3, then used as removal on t4, or draw 1 card or t4. Not a lot of blue permanents in this set.
Oooh, flexible. And stonkingly powerful. The three abilities can pretty much be rewritten as "Win now, Win later, don't lose".
High activation and hugely gold cost might make it fair? I kinda like that the colour with the most trouble getting rid of artifacts is immune to the "Try not to lose" ability. Though that first one will also stall it out. And blue's just screwed.
