  The template of all five lands is like that. I don't know why it isn't... but yeah, these lands are pretty powerful. They might be too powerful in common, may have to jack up its cost.

  Why on earth is the second ability not ": Tap target creature. Activate this ability only during your turn?" That is quite powerful, though.
