OK, this is getting more sensible now. Giving it the Swamp type is a daring move... I generally like it when nonbasics get the basic land types (such as Moonring Island), but be sure you know what you're doing: are you intending to allow Marsh Flats and Corpse Harvester to dig out a removal spell? (Boringly, that doesn't work with Jund Panorama, as that specifies "basic".) If you do keep the Swamp subtype, put the mana ability in parentheses, as on Leechridden Swamp.
But anyway, the power level is now down to a point where it's merely an exceptionally good card. I'd still play 4 in all my mostly-black decks.
Also, "Peat".
Nope, still the best land ever printed. If you added "Sacrifice ~" to the cost, it'd still be probably better than Quicksand or Maze of Ith.
Just "gets +4/+0 and has wither." is fine.
ITYM "Miscasting"
Funky. That's a serious mana boost, but only once, and only after some creatures have died. I think it's still got potential, but the restrictions mean I think it's not too strong. Would work best in a set with some mechanics to encourage creature combat, as otherwise you get the "Nobody blocks in Constructed" problem.
oops, I thought "at EOT" would expand, but it doesn't. I'll expand it.
The opposite of Manabarbs. Probably not different enough from Manabarbs to be worth the 2 extra mana.
Wow. Protection from all colours is very cool, but way too strong for a common.
