Funky. That's a serious mana boost, but only once, and only after some creatures have died. I think it's still got potential, but the restrictions mean I think it's not too strong. Would work best in a set with some mechanics to encourage creature combat, as otherwise you get the "Nobody blocks in Constructed" problem.
