Forgot to exile the tokens eot
this is certainly a cool card, but jesus i always detest all the dice management you have to do each turn once a card like this has been around for awhile. it's the reason i took cathars' crusade out of my marath edh deck
Very fun!
Niice! An ever-growing army of ever-growing Oozes.
Yeah, it's pretty strong sometimes but pretty variable, and I like the mini game it gives the opponent. It maybe should cost more though, since it will probably draw around 3 cards.
Yeah I may make it trigger each upkeep, and/or make it so it can tuck from any graveyard.
Eh I didn't want to steal the land forever, just during my turn. That way it only messes them up on my turn (a bit of roundabout counter spell hate) and I can cost it a bit more aggressively.
Might be cleaner if it just did "While ~ is in play, you control target land"
Nice idea though, and costly enough that the land control is nice, rather than a dominating control strategy.
Looks slightly underwhelming as a rare token maker, but I guess the way to use it is to take advantage of the graveyard reclaiming as well as the token making (and the 5/5ness).
Hm. At first looks like Steam Augury, but it's actually closer to Fact or Fiction: getting one more card, at the cost of losing your choice of which pile to get. I wonder how often the right choice for an opponent is to split them 6/0?
Well, it's a legendary Necroplasm, so I think it's suitably black. The green destroys non creatures, the blue is the shroud (which is a little bit of a stretch, I know).
This seems way more like a card that would have white in it than blue or green. In fact, it reminds me of World Queller.
Overpowered, yes. Not the final version by a long shot.
But you can't O-Ring a land.
Haha yeah. O-Ring isn't even rare.
You know those moments where you get too stuck inside your own head and when you take a step back you realize you've made an essentially worse Oblivion Ring? Yeeeeaaaaaah.
awesome idea
awesome, thanks. the first expansion of my block is going to in part address the increasing militarisation of the church and this does a great job of evoking that
