Target creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on it.
Deplete 2 (You may tap 2 lands rather than pay this card's mana cost. Those lands don't untap during your next untap step.)
3/3
Other creatures you control get +X/+X, where X is Silva Channelvine's power.
1/1
Gain control of each creature that dealt damage to you this turn.
When Marshalling Dissident enters the battlefield, put two 1/1 red Human creature tokens with haste onto the battlefield.
Banner (When this creature enters the battlefield, other creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn.)

Hm, it's an Albino Troll for all colours.
I don't think you need the colour-circumvention. How about:
> Deplete
(You may cast this spell for its deplete cost. If you do, lands tapped to produce this mana don't untap during your next untap step.)
Or is that what you were meaning by "obnoxious book[k]keeping"? It is fairly easy to circumvent with things like Orochi Leafcaller or Skyshroud Elf.
Dammit, Wild Beastmaster is a card apparently.
So, this does circumvent color requirements, like phyrexian mana. Originally it was just a simple mana cost, but tracking what mana was produced by what land seemed like obnoxious bookkkeeping.
Hm. I like it. A moderately aggressive keyword, especially suited for red and white; not so good for green because of the name (most green things don't wave banners) or black (most black creatures are more selfish) or blue (blue shouldn't normally get support for swarm strategies). A little reminiscent of landfall as used on Steppe Lynx and friends.
Yeah this is a very silly card. I'm worried to make it any more complicated, so I might just make the number ridiculous, like 10 nonland cards.
Mmm. It's Strength of the Tajuru with a free Battlefield Thaumaturge.
Wording would need tightening up. Something like "ATBOYU, if you control four cards each with the same name as a card exiled with ~, you win the game."
Big problem is that you can just search for duplicates of whatever four permanents you happen to have on the table. Best if they're noncreatures. I happen to have cast Oblivion Ring, Pacifism, Sensei's Divining Top and Darksteel Relic this game? Guess I'm getting those four. Good luck stopping me from winning now. (Let alone Leyline of Sanctity, Diplomatic Immunity, Nevermore and Greater Auramancy.) Sounds like a recipe for a pretty un-fun deck.
Perhaps this could mitigate that by having the ETB trigger say "Sacrifice each permanent you control with the same name as one of those cards"? So you have to search up things that you don't yet have on the table?
Seems like a simple card. Development would likely change a few numbers on this.
Yeah, this is super powerful. It might be more acceptable if it revealed the top card of your library and checked if it was a land card with a certain basic land type, but even then...
Yeah I don't really have any idea on what the numbers should be on this.
