It'd be more likely to be white these days. MaRo talked about this in this recent article - he called it the Keldon Warlord ability.

It can be green though - green gets "I have a single big stompy thing." As long as you can find other justifications (e.g. equal to lands you control, or really good flavour)

But this feels more like "I have a token swam lord" - and that is more white.
