Also these abilities are normally limited to sorcery speed, because otherwise this can hit the opponent in their draw step, denying them the ability to use any cards except instants, which is just nasty.
Not to mention that this is strictly better than Death Stroke. Yeah, I think this would be better either changed to a sorcery or with a changed effect.
That's not very much more white, when you're doing it to your own creatures. I also agree that giving a nice tap ability to a 3/1 flyer is going to lead to frustration for your players.
Again, sacrificing a creature isn't a white mechanic. If you take that clause off and make him a 1/3 instead of a 3/1 it will work a lot better. As a 3/1, it'll be hard to decide whether to attack with it or to use the ability. As a 1/3 it features the ability much better.
They should only gain haste until end of turn. Also, this card can be very powerful if you have a good method of dumping creatures into your graveyard.
[Assassinate] has a lot of tension because it is a sorcery. This card can just kill a creature after it attacks you. If possible I would make a different removal spell.
the normal mana cost and the guerilla costs should be switched. I'm sure most people would much rather have him return to their hand after a turn then get to keep a 1/1 that does nothing on the battlefield.

Also, "Assassin" in the name should imply "Assassin" in the creature type.

To make it more white why not "As an additional cost... exile a citizen

This is another card where the surprise is more powerful than just casting it. It should cost B or 1B normally, and should flash in for 2B.

granted ability has to be framed in quotations: enchanted creature has "..."
Mechanically this doesn't works as a white card. It would be a fine black card though.
Thanks.
(Hm, the formatting in that edit comment will work in Monday's release. Sorry until then.)
Changed my mind. As part of the block structure the format will become prgressively more aggressive. >.
Made it four. Rise was pretty defensive and I am aiming for a more aggressive, rebelious, feel in jund, though less so in green.
Sporecap Spider says this can cost 3.
