[Assassinate] has a lot of tension because it is a sorcery. This card can just kill a creature after it attacks you. If possible I would make a different removal spell.

Not to mention that this is strictly better than Death Stroke. Yeah, I think this would be better either changed to a sorcery or with a changed effect.
