lol, yeah. Infuse is an interesting twist to splice. One point of sadness is that the keyword mill only works for effects that mill a set number of cards, but cards like Consuming Aberration aren't receiving that template update

Fair enough; I can see it as a mockery.

As a real spell... to fetch a creature with (toughness/power/cmc/in-the-top-cards-of-deck) X or less, then dump counters on it? Still gives you plenty of sneaky cheaty things you can do on non-square critters, while not being quite as obviously horribly broken.

Probably should be something like "You may pay 1 life rather than when casting colorless spells. Spend only 1 life per spell cast this way." Or something. I don't think it's quite right as is.
