I would be way more okay with this if it didn't counter creature spells.

White countering artifact and enchantment spells seems like a reasonable stretch of Disenchant. As it is, I would recommend increasing it to {2}{w}{w} since creatures are ubiquitous. Maybe say "target permanent spell"? Hitting Planeswalkers as well will rarely be relevant, but the card would be more aesthetic.

I would note that this is "better" than both Geist Snatch and Summoner's Bane, both of which are in the color of counterspells. This should be at least four CMC, and should not counter creature spells.
