A Slagstorm shouldn't be at common; a one-sided one even less so. See all the discussion on Blind Rage (which was originally a common one-sided Pyroclasm).
I'm not going to bother with B or C, since I know some people don't care as much about NWO, and I haven't played with Krasis Incubation yet, so I don't know enough about how fair it is.
I do find your A argument to be odd, though, Circeus. Momentum has long been a part of Green's color pie. This isn't a hybrid card... it's both blue and green. The card, therefore, doesn't read as 'wrong' for me. It does feel a bit lopsided, leaning toward green, but if I designed a 3/4 flyer for , I don't think many people would complain that Green doesn't get flying.
A) At common, blue auras use -N/-0 or tapping effects.
B) Furtehrmore this is far too complex a common for NWO.
C) This is IMO several times better than Krasis Incubation, not to mention that instant-speed moving of auras is a notoriously fiddly area of design.
Zombify effects are basically always uncommon. Even combining it with green and up at 5 mana, I don't think you should be able to reanimate fatties with a common.
That's a bit of a soft lock for a 2-mana hybrid common.

Even mana abilities? That's something Wizards has intentionally avoided printing, though I guess this also costs you a mana every turn as well.

Untamed Wilds is 3 mana; Rampant Growth is 2 mana. Which is this meant to be?
Oooh. Excellent. A Naturalize with dredge is a very handy thing to have. Casual decks will be thanking you for many this for years.
