Two mana can't be right for this. At all. This turns all of your creatures into straight-up card advantage, which is just silly for GG.
Also, it needs to be nontoken, both because you can't put tokens on the bottom of your library and because drawing off every Saproling would be even sillier.
The only real comparison I can think of is Sprouting Thrinax. This one costs 5 instead of 3 and doesn't generate power... but it's monocolored? So I don't know?
This actually seems too good. Compare to Captivating Vampire, which while having a largely pointless ability was still easily playable in Limited just for the 3-mana +1/+1 buff. Compare also to Goblin Chieftain (haste doesn't compare to lifelink) and Knight Exemplar (only two other white Knights in M11).
Note that I haven't bothered counting how many Vampires are actually in your set, but I assume it's a significant number.
Also note that an ancient vampire seems like it would be bigger.
I have trouble imagining a 2/1 Minotaur. Also, it seems weird that both Garruk and Ajani care about creatures (as opposed to the M11 signature cycle which all trigger on very different things).
For that matter, now that I think of it all of your signature cards (other than Jace's) don't actually take much work at all to trigger. You're going to be getting cards into your graveyard, losing life, and playing creatures naturally. Compare this to M11, where Jace's was the only one which happened with any consistency at all (and, note, was the worst of the cycle because of it).
Yeah, here's how the structure is currently being planned:
Core 1: Obviously ;)
Concord Block: Concord was complete, but wolfer is redoing it--second set had been initially designed, and no clue for the third
New Core Set: I'm currently designing it, still less than half done
Next block: wolfer has it concepted, and much of the basics designed
Fun... though it's worth noting that the first ability cost just rather than , on Disruptive Student and its assorted reprints, and the second ability cost just on Archivist which has the same mana cost and P/T as this. I think the costs on those two could stand to go down (or, alternatively, lose the on all of them and put the mana cost up for the first).
A... green shade?

Frantic? Frenetic?
This card is only "better" than Sadistic Sacrament at X = 4, 5, 6, or 7 (and even then that's only because of the flexibility).

Don't like the name.

I'm sure there's tons of stupid comments in the real multiverse :)
Do you want this card to be constructed playable?
I still think this is too powerful--have their been any 5/5's for 5 in black with a great upside?
A reasonable tweak on Battle Mastery, and indeed the kind of card I'd expect to see in a core set.

Nice. A very appropriate core-set Vampire lord.
