While Urbandiction.com won't help a lot with "X Copper", There's a plethora of things to look at with "Copper X". None of them are usefull, though. I can't believe half these sexual practices exist in any form except for in one twisted man's imagination.

I think it's almost a positive to have two police artifacts, when the pun comes out a theme rather than just standing alone :) I wonder if "Copper" could be beefed up by becoming "something copper" or "copper something" that would still work as a pun, although I can't think of anything.

I think the tap makes sense, in that it's always powerful, but REALLY powerful with another radiation source. Does it need sacrifice an artifact on the first ability as well?

Also, this doesn't matter much, but it'd be nice if the damage matched the P/T, although I realise that may not be balanceable.

Re: flavour text, I'm not very good about this, but how about something shorter, something like "I'm sorry sir, but if you can't even build a functioning ornithopter..."?

You'd have to look at both cards at the same time for the joke to be diminished on 'Copper'. That's a rare occasion 'as fan'. I think you're fine here.

I changed the creature type because I thought this art looked a bit more like a policeman than just a generic Construct. Does this take away from the joke on Copper, though, to have a second Artifact Creature - Policeman? I can change it back if it's worth it.

@jmg: The times you want power effects aren't that predictable, though. Illumination Preacher in particular might want it at the start of combat or in the opponent's turn. (Must get around to reflavouring that guy.)
