Is this too similar to Ashling, the Extinguisher?

I think it's probably okay. It's similar to Ashling in effect, but it's better with grantable-ping and worse against damage-prevention. It's rarer, less legendary, less P/T, but better in combat. Different enough to be printed, I think.

Might be better at 3 or 5 CMC rather than 4, though.

Mmm, I don't like having a mythic be a 3/4 for 5. This isn't like MR02 Archas the Unbalanced where it has extra virtual power. Reconsider this thing's P/T and mana cost.
