seems like this is close enough to "whenever this attacks, draw a card" - that i'd just go with that

Hm. That's a good point. But that doesn't have the "plundering" flavour, where this does. This as phrased is better if it gets double-blocked and worse if it gets Fogged. But you're right, if I want to keep the triggers as they are I should change the bonus for one of them to something different.

maybe when it becomes blocked, draw a card and then discard a card? makes the abilities similar but not identical and the reward for "getting through the defenses" is bigger.

Changed to a bounce trigger. But actually this is fighting for the same space as Captivating Plunderer: one of them needs to change or move to uncommon.

Mmm... give it lure and laugh. A lot.

No I like this - they don't want to chump it, but if they don't you'll bounce the chump anyway AND hit them for 4.
