Huh. That's really flexible. But a quick comparison to Armadillo Cloak shows me that this is really overcosted. I'm not sure if adding +2/+2 is too much (flexibility can be surprisingly useful sometimes) but I would think that +1/+2 or draw a card is well within reason.

I much prefer this to Fleshformer to represent shapeshifting in Norse mythology. I intentionally left out lifelink and first strike because they didn't feel as animalistic.
