  Yeah I was having trouble wording this correctly. Your suggestion doesn't work as it doesn't stop Unearth, Flashback & similar mechanics. Definately need to work on this one a bit more. Obviously, with the graveyard matters theme in the set, this is the hoser card.

  Nice card but the wording seems iffy. How about:

  Cards in player's graveyards can't be the targets of spells or abilities.

  Veil is a good name for troll-shroud. Its sounds like shroud, looks like shroud, but its just better. Wizards should use definitely consider it.

  Shrivel is also an interesting name that wizards should consider using, especially if they ever revisit Lorwyn/Shadowmoor.
