3UU ---> 2UU
Hmm. Plausibly a little bit less than Lord of Extinction.
How much should this cost?
Hmm. Stensia Bloodhall is better for lifeloss, but this is a dual-land as well. Seems pretty good.
Now an instant.
Seems reasonable. Now you need to have Sharuum the Hegemon around, plus a way to make 7 mana from creatures, to get the infinite loop :)
Reduced costs.
Oops.
Oh, I am so happy I took another look at the missile before I pressed 'Post Comment'. I was rather confused Dude, since I couldn't imagine how you were easily putting the missle back on the battlefield after you sacrificed it. Yeah. You don't sacrifice the missile.
Well, the easy way to get around Dude's complaint is to sacrifice the Missile. I think there's an argument to be made that the first ability is burying the really crazy second ability anyway. That, if you wanted to have your card do something no Magic card has done before, you should just print that, and not add a rider (destroy target creature) that makes people think they're going to read something familiar.
I don't think it's a big deal to have a card that encourages an infinite combo that costs this much, though. By the time you got to this stage in the game, you probably have the game locked anyway. Remember, in order to activate the missile the first time, you either have to have enough sacrificed creatures to get to 7, then 9, or you have to pay 7 and 9 with those creatures in your graveyard. That requires quite a bit of work... even for a synergestic deck.
And, even if I'm wrong, and the deck comes together perfectly... it loses to a dedicated creature deck with 4x Shatter in response to the activation. You'll get your creatures back, but so won't I, and you can't combo to victory.
Repeatable mass recursion seems really powerful. There has to be a way to easily generate

with sacrifice effects, leading to an infinite combo. I don't even think it matters that it's a many-card combo, since all of those cards are already in other combos that you would run in the same deck.
Hope this finally works...
Mmm, unpleasant wording.
I fear the best solution may be to make this not an equipment but a creature, like a re-flavoured Bounty Hunter. That gets you summoning sickness, "cannot be unequipped", and so on. Whether you want to then add the sorcery-speed rider and the cost to the second ability is up to you.
