Yeah another friend of mine mentioned that undying cats fits into that nine lives thing. I'll probably work that bit into some flavor text at some point.

This could easily be pushed. For example, people have even talked about pushing Vendetta before (remove the outdated nonblack restriction for one).

I really like how the name flavorfully and mechanically ties into the card.

Though quite different in function, the rules text's similarity and CMC draws comparisons to Toxic Deluge.

This is really a nitpick, but given that the keywords are listed in this way on the same line, "flying" should be lowercased.
