Bounce? Like Aven Fogbringer / Glowing Anemone. Hmmm, flickering could make those very obnoxious. Maybe...

ah okay. So how should I make this more blue? Is there any way blue could affect lands negatively?

I guess freezing does mean "tap and doesn't untap." On something repeatable, that seems too much of a lockdown card. Wizards has recently printed Stensia Innkeeper and Chandra's Revolution to explore this in red.

oops! tbh i didn't know what freezing was when you mentioned it, just googled it to see what you meant.. Also i can't see what those cards are Tahazzar, WOTC is down right now for maitenance (for me at least? i dont know how that works...) without seeming like a huge idiot, it would be kind if you could show me what you meant by freeze instead of tap.. as when i googled freeze (and i know magic slang varies) it informed me to freeze is to "Tap something,it doesn't untap next untap step"

It's kinda like Mana Leech / Mole Worms now. It got a throwback in Mana Skimmer. Definitely now if we go by what WotC is currently experimenting with.

Oh no, you did the opposite of what I meant. I meant freeze instead of tap. This is too unfun
