Invincible is supposed to defend against combat damage and certain creature tap abilities, since flavor-wise the idea is that the creature in question can’t be beaten in a fight (duh). “Cheap shots” like casting lightning bolt (or any other noncreature removal spell) on it or using tap abilities outside of combat (IE when the creature is not on the battlefield and prepared to fight) will still hurt an invincible creature because they’re not part of the contest of battle, and the creature only excells in that circumstance.
Looking back on this card months later and... wow. Not gonna lie I actually love how abysmal it is. I think I’ll make it an instant and leave it at that.
Also, wow, 4-mana for a card strictly worse than Lightning bolt. How the staple have fallen.
Why not just "target creature without tunneling"?

I like the -2/-2. Feels slightly more on flavor as well.
Makes sense. Might as well just take that condition out for simplicity’s sake. Doesn’t make the card too much different.
