Woah. This card SUCKS :D
It would be pretty bad even at just a single {w}.

You can easily justify an enchantment that grants vigilance permanently to your creatures for {1}{w} (Brave the Sands & Serra's Blessing).

Looking back on this card months later and... wow. Not gonna lie I actually love how abysmal it is. I think I’ll make it an instant and leave it at that.
