"

: Deal 1 damage to any target." to "Whenever ~ attacks or blocks, ~ deals 1 damage to target opponent, attacking creature, or blocking creature."
That's what I meant, pingers that can target creatures. It makes combat too complex
Pingers at common was something red historically did. It still exists for creatures and planeswalkers at common, but it has moved away from creature targets at the rarity. I will reassess later.
I don't think you can print pingers at creatures at common
"when a creature dealt damage this way dies this turn, ~ fights another target creature"
Although I'm a fan of adding "wins a fight" to the rules, e.g. Knock-Down Brawl
Creatures don't die of damage during the resolution of an ability, so that part won't work.

Yes. If an opponent has at least one Mystery token, that player can cast your exiled cards.
The parasitism of Mystery tokens and Intrigue were something I grappled with. As permanents, Mystery tokens can have cards that care about them .
Intrigue is a bit harder. I will say that I do want cards to be in exile until they are played and I did want it to be a mechanic that affected all players. I think I created Mystery tokens to so that I had a way to balance casting permanents out of exile (although all costs still need to be paid).
1/2 to 2/1
Yes, this was a top-down design. The agent is trrigger panicked, not trigger-happy.
Even then, there isn't anything that wants red on the creature defensive this set. I'll make it a 2/1.

. +5/+0 to +4/+0
+3/+0 to +5/+0
Great simplification on the wording SecretInfiltrator.
Mechanically, this specific ability isn't heavily supported in the set. Slivers got this as a generic hybrid as they appear in all five colors. Currently, I don't any cards that blink or flicker. Last Seen phases, I could switch that, but that'd only be one card in the set.
Choosing a random creature repeatedly can be a bit more annoying than you probably want. Is it central to what you want in the set?
Remove "tapped" and that still doesn't seem too good. Once they have three creatures, probably one of them can handle a 2/1, or is that just me?
Just to be clear: Every time you cause intrigue, you make your opponents' Mystery stronger?
Also you really need to uncover a Mystery only once and unless someone makes an active countermove, you get access to intrigued cards indefinitely?
Both of these seem weird design choices. I could see Mystery being a token with "Sacrifice this Mystery: You may play a card you have exiled with intrigue."
Heck, going with the intermittent token is something I only keep in, because you seem to already mechanically care about the token.
I think, a manifest variant could be neat:
"Trigger-Happy"?
Top-down design? Doesn't seem like it was added for mechanical reasons.
The triggered ability feels like super first strike, and I would expect it on a 2/1 more than a 1/2.
Honestly, I'd go for something simpler like "Whenever a Sliver enters the battlefield from exile, ...".
You catch some other cases, but you don't really need to worry too much unless it messes wit something you explicitly support in this set. a +1/+1 counter is not too strong a benefit and you are already triggering on the cheapest variant to trigger that condition with your current version (in theory - if it worked).
I'm not sure whether that theme is supported enough to fit for the hybrid common card of the set. Unless there is a real synergy planned for the set, I'd put this kind of effect onto a more aggressively positioned uncommon or rare.
