How does this work for templating the ability ? "Choose one: tap or untap a number of permanents up to the number of artifacts you control when you cast CARDNAME."
Maybe bump it to uncommon, not too complex for there.

I deliberately made it Saprolings to get more interaction with token decks outside of Sienira's Facets; but there are Insect token makers as well (albeit far fewer), and there are a number of printed Insects too. The set's number of different tokens is pretty high anyway, so I do want to reduce them, and this card looks like a good candidate. So I'll probably make that change.

Maybe just change it to Oppress the Weak ? and for what it does I think it is undercosted for an Uncommon, maybe
or a move to rare? depends on how much P/T shrinking (a la Disfigure ) there is in the set.

I think I commented on this elsewhere but I can't find it now. I know what you mean, but fwiw I really loved this card: the mechanics match the flavour so perfectly. (Who knew you could have awesome flavour for "-1/+3 loses flying"? :))

"Oppression" on its own is quite an iconic name; probably prefer not to use it up on a somewhat kooky enchantment.

Was originally meant to be "exactly 1", but flavour would probably work better as "1 or less". Changed.
