I love this. I can see it being 4/3 though.
Never mind. The counter will be easier to track if P=T, and if +1/+1 for the other guy is good sometimes, this gets that much better.
I think this is good as it is. I don't think I'd want to see a 2-drop any bigger than this even with a drawback. (Heh, Sheltering Ancient is actually an interesting comparison.)
We may want to remove the "without a +1/+1 counter" line. I think it hearkens back to previous conversations that don't mean as much now that this mechanic has been diminished.
Yes, I agree it'd be worth simplifying that.

This claims to be active, but its code is nonstandard , and there's a card in the slot this is trying to have (CG01 Simple Fungus).
Well that's annoying, but I have an answer. Welcome to the uncommon sheet. The risk/reward nature of the card belongs in that commonality anyway. Since Uncommon is supposed to be 'better' than common, I took the opportunity to give it an extra toughness, too.
