just an idea i had randomly, also better names suggestions are welcome. I had trouble w/ this one's name.
I love this! It probably needs to cost 2 or even 3 as it's a potential ancestrall recall :P
i love the idea, and also am so happy my desperation for more coinflipping has returned!
Lol azorius propaganda. Also i think it's best at sorcery, because some dickish players would cast this during combat math and make everyone forget what's going EXDEE (that guy is me)
feels to balance itself. The name is whatevs, i love the card so much! very izzet-y, it's kind of like i'm gonna be productive today. oh wait im a procrastinator.
it reminds me of this (warning some strong language)
Random high variance cards are bad design because they undermine decision making and take away from "earned" victories. Swinging between Ancestral Recall and One with Nothing is extremely high variance.
But this is also a card where the average case is worse than card parity. So it's a bad card that is also designed to be not fun during an actual game.
i understand that. would fit perfectly into an uncard (a froggo-style one ofc that doesnt try hard at all)
so never really mtg.
i still kind of like it, and im ashamed because my logical side is disparaging me.
High variance cards are fine. It's high variance cards that are constructed-playable that are bad
