Huh. That's really clever. That seems about balanced normally for land search on lands. I can't decide if it's just perfect, or too swingy (being dead in many situations as a land that doesn't produce mana for two turns, but v useful for just the right land, especially ones that ETBT anyway but are useful without tapping)
